Miami Beach Penthouse Of Netscape Founder On Market For $27 Million
By Diane Tuman, Zillow Content Manager
One of Miami Beach’s special high-end penthouse properties is on the market and it’s an amazingly beautiful piece of real estate. Netscape founder Jim Clark’s Setaienthouse is on the market for $27 million. According to South Beach real estate agent Kevin Tomlinson, Clark’s property, is the “… mack daddy of Setai South Beach.”
Setai South Beach is one of those luxury mashups of resort/hotel/condo and it appears Clark occupied the finest piece of it — penthouse #1, which has an abundance of windows to take in the Miami Beach coastline. Even the shower is sided by a window (photo below), so buyer beware!
Clark’s penthouse is infused with custom Thai design and decor — it’s almost like living in your own Thai museum with works of art, sculptures and busts throughout. While the penthouse measures just over 6,000 sq ft, there are only three bedrooms and two and one-half baths.
